Over 500,000 people have enrolled in CurrentCare and nearly 4,000 have also signed up for CurrentCare for Me to get access to their own health records.  If you already enroll your patients in CurrentCare and CurrentCare for Me, you can earn incentives when your patients also complete a CurrentCare Designee form.  When you submit 10 Designee forms along with CurrentCare Enrollment forms, you’ll get to pick a $25 gift card from our Gift Card Grab Bag.  Learn More about the Gift Card Grab Bag Contest »

What is a designee? A designee (assigned by the patient) is authorized to view that patient’s medical record in CurrentCare for Me.  Designees can also receive email and/or text notifications when the patient is admitted to or discharged from participating hospitals, emergency departments, or (some) skilled nursing facilities.  Designees must be 18 years of age or older.
