What is the difference between our existing Care Management Alerts and Dashboards (CMAD) and CRISP Shared Services (CSS) tools, and will there be any costs?
CMAD will be transitioned to the CRISP platform and the service will then be free of charge (set-up and maintenance). RIQI is working with each of our current users to describe what features will be the same and what will be different in the new CSS platform.
Will we be contracting directly with CSS for data sharing and participant users?
RIQI will continue to contract with CurrentCare Data Sharing Providers and Participant Users as the RHIO, including any applicable Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
What are Data Sharing Partners responsible for around the opt-out change?
