Encounter Notifications

Where Are Your Patients?

We Notify You.
    • Be notified when your patients have emergency, hospital, skilled nursing and outpatient visits.
    • Choose from a web portal or “push” options.
    • Select service(s) that best fit your needs.
    • Free of charge to authorized organizations.

NOTE: Encounter Notifications are not available for patients who have “Opted Out” of CurrentCare data sharing. Read more about “Opt Out” here.

You choose which patients/members to submit on your panel(s).

We tell you when they have encounters at participating sites.

This allows you to:

      • Proactively contact patients to coordinate care
      • Save time searching for information
      • Reduce readmissions and ED visits
